Message from Waste Management (WM)

Over the past few weeks, Waste Management of Martin County has seen a significant increase in yard waste set out across the community.

Recent periods of unusually cold weather have affected vegetation throughout our neighborhoods, leading many residents to complete heavier trimming and yard cleanup than normal for this time of year.

Because of this unexpected surge, some routes may experience delays in collecting all yard waste on the scheduled service day. When this occurs, our crews will return the following day to complete pickup.

We expect these higher volumes to continue for the next few weeks and appreciate your patience as we work to manage the additional material.

Our teams are committed to completing all collections as quickly and safely as possible.

If you notice your yard waste was not collected on your regular day, please leave it curbside. A truck will return for recovery.
