Town Manager
The Town of Juno Beach, incorporated in 1953, operates under a council-manager form of government. The Town Manager serves as the chief executive officer for the municipal corporation and is responsible for all Town affairs. The Town Manager performs high level administrative, technical, and professional work in directing and supervising the administration of Town government.
Serving as Town Manager for Juno Beach, Rob is a seasoned public service professional with approximately 30 years of local government experience, complemented by expertise in private sector quality assurance and financial services. His professional background includes substantial responsibility for cultivating and maintaining strategic regional and sub-regional partnerships spanning governmental, nongovernmental, and private sectors.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with dual concentrations in Writing and Ethics, as well as a Master of Science in Public Service Management with a concentration in Metropolitan Planning and Urban Affairs. Presently a member of the Seacoast Utility Authority Governing Board, Rob has also served as president for the Greater Chicago Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration, member of the New York City/County Management Association Board of Directors, and volunteer Environmental Policy Coordinator for the Chicago Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation.
Being adventurers at heart, Rob and his wife, Olga, enjoy being off the beaten path in Florida and beyond.
