Town Manager

The Town of Juno Beach, incorporated in 1953, operates under a council-manager form of government. The Town Manager serves as the chief executive officer for  the municipal corporation and is responsible for all Town affairs.  The Town Manager performs high level administrative, technical, and professional work in directing and supervising the administration of Town government.

Town Manager, David Dyess comes to the Town of Juno Beach from the City of Stuart where he has been the City Manager since 2018. He is an experienced City Manager and Chief of Police (Stuart 2012-2018) with a demonstrated history of working in government administration.
