E-Bike Information

The flyer in the link below was made to assist with understanding E-Bike regulations and requirements. E-Bikes and motorized scooters are not permitted on sidewalks in Town. Our local Town Adopted Code of Ordinances, Sec. 30-2 also references FL State Statute 316.1995 which are both outlined below and should you have any questions, please contact the Juno Beach Police Department at (561)626-2100.

Code of Ordinances - Sec. 30.2 - Driving motor vehicles or riding horses on sidewalks, bicycle paths.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any motor vehicle upon any sidewalk or bicycle path within the town, or to ride a horse upon any sidewalk or bicycle path within the town except upon a permanent or duly authorized pathway for such purpose; provided that this section shall not apply to vehicles driven upon a sidewalk at a permanent or duly authorized temporary driveway.
